The guests will find a great number of beaches at merely 20min by car, like Estepona, Castillo de la Duquesa and Bahía de Casares. Puerto Banús, Marbella and Gibraltar are less than 40km away.

The Kitchen
The house has a fully equipped kitchen. It has a fridge, microwaves, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a dryer.
The guests will find numerous beaches just 20 min away by car like Estepona, Castillo de la Duquesa y Bahía de Casares. Puerto Banús, Marbella and Gibraltar are just 40km away. Other nearby activities are: Torre de la Sal and Zip Line activities.
It is absolutely forbidden to throw a party in the apartment. The apartment is located in a building where other neighbors live, therefore,it is extremely important to show them respect by not making any loud sound and by reducing the sound between 11 pm and 10 am, so they can get a good night’s sleep!
Try not to make weird noises or run in the common areas of the building, specially at night. Following these noise-related rules directly affects the neighbour’s rest and our relationship with them, so their compliance is mandatory. We ask you please to reconsider renting our apartment if you believe it will be hard to follow these rules.
Smoking is forbidden in the apartment, including the Living Room, kitchen, bathrooms and all the bedrooms. However you can feel free to smoke in the terrace. Please be clean and careful, and restrain of using glassware or eating dishes as ashtrays.
The entrance door to the apartment has a Fichet-type security lock. The loss of a set of keys will involve a restoration cost of 90€. You´ll recieve a text upon your arrival with the number of keys we put in your hands. In case you´ve lost your keys, please contact your host as soon as possible.
In case of non-compliance with these rules or if neighbors legitimately complain, we will deduct 50% of the deposit. If this situation went on, you would be expelled from the apartment with no right to a refund for the time you haven’t used the apartment and the deposit won’t be returned. If an object breaks or get lost, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace the item in the shortest period of time. If the item is of low value such as a glass, a plate or similars, we won’t make any deductions from the deposit. Any other kind of damage or loss will imply a deduction of the amount of the damages.
